Mark Stam (Founder & CEO)

Mark Stam is a Industrial Tech/Saas leader in the Enterprise Asset Management space since early 2000; His vision has always been to build an ethical business supporting asset intensive industries to enhance their operational safety, efficiency, and performance. He noticed gaps in how industrial field services are supported and saw many opportunities with the use of today's revolutionary technologies, as well as gaps in sourcing and validating the right technology for all parties.

IAN MASKELL (CMO)

Ian started out with a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry (Newcastle University), joining Mars Petcare as a Nutritionist. In 1996 he moved to China to launch Mars Petcare in the world’s largest market, becoming CMO for Mars China. In 2006 Ian joined Unilever China to run Ice Cream in North Asia, moved to Rome (2009) & Global Ice Cream CMO in 2014.
On this journey Ian worked closely with Governments, Veterinary Professionals, global Agencies and led world leading Brands (M&M’s; Snickers; Dove; Pedigree; Whiskas; Dolmio; to name but a few.

Paloma Rueda-Oswald (Dir. Operations)

Experienced professional with a strong background in Operations, HR, Customer Service across the EMEA region. At Nike EMEA Headquarters, she excelled in managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Her roles have been equipped with the skills to maintain high customer satisfaction, communication, coaching, streamline employee enrollment with emotional intelligence, and support and drive organizational growth improvements.
